These are our installed prices, including wash, iron and tar decontamination, clay and a machine-polish prep. Coating prices vary a lot from shop to shop, mostly because of how much prep goes in and which product goes on. Here is exactly what ours cost, with nothing hidden.

What changes the price
Four things that move the number.
- Vehicle sizeMore paint takes more prep and more product. A full-size truck takes far longer than a coupe.
- Paint conditionA coating locks in whatever is underneath. Heavy swirls need paint correction first, and that's quoted after inspection.
- Coating levelLonger-rated coatings are thicker, more chemical-resistant and carry longer manufacturer warranties.
- Extra surfacesWheels, glass, trim and interior can all be coated with dedicated System X products.

Is ceramic coating worth the money?
If you plan to keep the car for more than a year or two, usually yes. You get years of gloss, easy washing and chemical protection from one application, instead of waxing every few weeks. It won't stop rock chips; that's paint protection film.
Why do some shops charge $200 and others $2,000?
Mostly prep and product. A cheap coating is often a spray-on sealant applied over unpolished paint. A professional coating like System X goes on after full decontamination and machine polishing, cures properly and comes with a manufacturer warranty.
Does the price include paint correction?
Every coating includes decontamination and a machine-polish prep. Paint with heavy swirls or scratches needs multi-stage correction, which we quote after seeing the car under the lights.
How long does ceramic coating last?
Our coatings are rated from 18 months (SiO2) to 3, 6 and 10 years (System X Crystal+, Pro+ and Max G+), as long as the car is washed properly and maintained.
